A: You will receive an email or call from us. If this is your first time receiving an item from us, we will walk you through the steps, and answer any questions you may have. For firearms Webinars we will need your FFLs Contact information and a copy of their license. For all other products we will ship to the shipping address on your account. Your package will be packaged and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your FFLs info. We do not charge shipping.

A: You will receive a text/email notification. Only customers who purchased webinar seats are able to watch the webinar. Don’t worry if you are unable to watch the webinar live, all webinars are saved in your dashboard.

A: We typically ship out all items on Wednesday and Fridays. An email will be sent out with tracking once the label has been created. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

A: A webinar is an online event that is hosted by 8.22 Tactical, then broadcasted to via the internet to everyone who purchased a seat for the webinar. We will review the product you purchased a seat for, after the review we will select a seat to receive the product at no additional cost.

A: All firearms are shipped with UPS. Most non firearm products will ship UPS as well but may also use USPS. ALL FIREARMS MUST SHIPPED TO A FFL DEALER!
